I hopped over to a Target here in Kansas City over my lunch break and was surprised to see that most of the Lego clearance items had already been marked down 75%. In particular I picked up the following 4701 - Sorting Hat 4704 - Chamber of Winged (...) (22 years ago, 3-Jan-03, to lugnet.market.shopping)

I just came back from Legoland (California) and saw that they now sell Technic parts near the front of the park (in the Build&Test building) by weight, the way they sell other Lego in the Mania clubhouse. Can't believe I am the first to find this but I just bought several of the Target MOT sets with the Blue Passenger cars for about $79 each. out of the four targets i visited today in the san francisco bay area, one had all red tagged items @ 50% off (some weren't labeled correctly but they scanned ok), one had a few items @ 50% off (but everything was by the 50% off signs. ) and two had (...) Note, it has been mentioned before, but LONG in the past, so people may have forgotten, but you CAN call them and order stuff from the tent sale and have it shipped.
