No "surface" or "economy" options.  Based on these prices, shipping is 40%
more than the items I sold!  Am I missing something or did the USPS
eliminate a bunch of shipping options.  I am not selling nearly as much as I
used to so I am not completely up to speed on what the USPS is doing.

There is no more ground shipping to ANY country from the US.  International
Priority mail is usually the least expensive and there is also flat rates to
most foreign countries if not all.  Flat rate does have a maximum weight.  This
all happened when the raise in rates.  So everything is air now, to Europe,
Canada, Mexico and all other countries.

I should have said First Class international is the cheapest way, Priority is
also abailable, but they both go air.
