What exactly is an international money order and how is it different from a
generic money order? I don't mean money orders from the Post Office. They
have an international money order but it is not accepted in Germany (which is
where I need to send it). Both a bank I went to and Wal-Mart both sell a
single money order that they say is accepted overseas and in the USA. Is there
a specific internatinal money order sold by banks?
Thanks,
Matt
