  Re: S@H shipping

Same here. I received my minifig sculpture last week. The box looked liked the employees at UPS played soccer with it before making the delivery. The set box inside was a little crushed. Although the set itself wasn't damaged, I did happen to find (...) (23 years ago, 9-Jun-01, to lugnet.general, lugnet.market.shipping, lugnet.market.shopping)

  S@H shipping

Has anyone received boxes from S@H that appear to have been kicked to their home, rather than shipped the traditional way? The last 2 boxes I received were crushed considerably, enough to cause damage to the sets inside. The first box came via USPS, (...)   Re: the whole truth and nothing but the truth

(...) Hi Mel (and other frustrated Aussies), Feel free to "trouble" me as well. Pete White has been benefitting from my current geographical location (in the UK in case anyone doesn't know), and since I'm Tru-Blu, the payment details are dead easy (...)   Re: #1593 Classic Space : another one !!

Watch out for the guy that almost beat me! He bid like $2237 or something at the last minute. I'd hate to inflate the price too much, but I'd also hate to see this go for 1/2 of what I paid! Either way, I don't need 2 of these, so I hope one of you (...) (23 years ago, 23-May-01, to lugnet.market.auction, lugnet.market.shipping)

Re: the whole truth and nothing but the truth

(...) Thanks, Pete, for the quick response (and I didn't even LYK about this!). I like Selçuk's idea here, which is a lot like what I did with Pete. He paid the auctioneers himself, I just handled the shipping. Anyone interested can use their own (...) (23 years ago, 23-May-01, to lugnet.market.shipping, lugnet.loc.au)

(...) And, of course, add me to the list of Happy Helpful Factors, be it Sopwith Camels or reissued Pirates. I don't smoke, either! :) I've never had a bad experience with NZ or AU transactions. all best Lindsay (23 years ago, 23-May-01, to lugnet.market.shipping, lugnet.loc.au)

Re: the whole truth and nothing but the truth

(...) Here's my vouch for the helpfulness of Shiri re-shipping US to AUS items. Absolutely no problems at all, apart from Shiri getting a noseful of smoky second-hand Lego in one ebay item. The 'nice' thing to do is to throw something in for the (...) (23 years ago, 23-May-01, to lugnet.market.shipping, lugnet.loc.au)

Re: the whole truth and nothing but the truth

(...) Here is a suggestion. The buying side can order the sets they want from online US Lego shop, by using their own credit cards, and indicating the delivery address as the address of receiving side. Then the only problem would be sending the (...) (23 years ago, 23-May-01, to lugnet.market.shipping, lugnet.loc.au)
