If you haven't tried to access your Paypal account in the last few days, don't
bother. Paypal did a system update last week which appears to have broken just
about every aspect. They do know about the problems and are working on it, but
right now most people are finding that they can't even get in to their accounts,
and if they do, it's very hit or miss whether they can actually do anything.
