| Hello all, When I tried to use Paypal today, a "Security Alert" dialoge box popped up, displaying the following message: "The internet site you are about to view uses a certificate that has expired or is not yet valid. Do you wish to proceed?" (...) (22 years ago, 16-Apr-02, to lugnet.market.services, lugnet.general)

| (...) Paypal replied to my report, but unfortunately it was a very unclear mail about what they call "Restricted Account - Appeal Process [RAAP]".
