I would say if after a week at the most you don't get a response send it
to the next person, just let me know that you skipped someone so I can
mark it on the list.
Everyone so far that I've mailed for an address got back to me the next
day or within 3 days which I think is even a little longer than it might
have been..
I feel a week is more than enough time...
Just my thoughts :)
