For closure. It was me. I mailed this box to Phil. Burlington is where Novera HQ is and that is where I happened to be at the time. This is a box of minifig parts. There will be some maxifigs in it as well, and maybe a few minifig accessories. This box will be launched at Tom Stangl first who is going to bulk it up a bit. This "box"(1) is underway. It has already made some circulation at the NMRA show. An arbitrary number of MSP people will circulate it and then it will be launched at the first requestor, who, following standard practice, will post his request as a (...)
