You're asking about $35 for just the pneumatic parts from a $28 set.
Which also includes about 25 liftarms and round-end beams. Some of which
are *very* sale-able because they're not found in any of the usual parts-
fodder sets. Plus about 20 pin and axle connectors (which also include
some rarities). And about 25 each of common axles and pins. Not to
mention a small assortment of Technic bricks and plates. At typical
Brickbay prices, that's well over $20 worth of parts.
Now, assuming that your prices will fly, what do you suppose the odds are
that no one else is going to take a run at doubling his/her money by
breaking up 5218s? Or simply undercutting you by 20% on the pneumatics,
and walking away with over 125 Technic parts for free?
Offhand, I'd say this makes Lotto tickets look like "an investment"...
