If anyone would happen to know of a detailed discussion where I can find
detailed instructions on what one should be aware of if parting out sets
which have pieces you don't want, or knows how it's done, and how prices get
determined, I would appreciate it if you could contact me at
ghyde@ledanet.com.au - I've seen some sets I might be interested in for
parts, but didn't want to keep all of the parts, just some of them.
I would appreciate it also if respondents could pass on any information,
such as how to determine minimum price, etc. I thought to myself one day
"Someone's probably done a document on it somewhere ..." and I might give it
a go myself one day, if I can figure out where I'm going to get the needed
parts for a project I'm looking into ...
Also, for example, if one only wanted certain pieces out of an Explorien's
Starship (#6982), and not others, any tips on how to determine what would be
slow sellers or not worth the bother of parting out would be a great help to
determine what to look for in sets to part out ...
