I just saw one (well actually 2, but I needed one :-) of these (MISB, box
in good condition) at a shop nearby, price is about $22. If anybody wants
it, email me and I'll pick it up sometime this week. I'm in the
Netherlands, shipping will most likely be around $15 for insured airmail.
