Hi I have a 404 Universal set from 1976 that is missing a few key parts. I am in need of a black roof slope (peak?) that is X-shaped. The following shows the part: http://www.brickshelf.com/scans/0000/0404-1976/0404-15.html its the black top left roof part seen in the picture at the right side. I am not sure if its T or X shaped but looks to be X. Also, blue "t-bars" are needed. These can be seen in: http://www.brickshelf.com/scans/6000/6000/6000-31.html They are not in the 404 manual, but in models on the box. I think 4 should be in the set. Last, the mini-figs. 1 and 1/2 of the 3 are missing. Other than that only commmon parts seem to be missing. Neat set from '76! Looks to be gentally played with. (...) I don't think that a part like this ever produced. It must be combination of several parts. I never heard of a "x" roof peak brick, although it is possible to make one by using 3 bricks instead (two 3049s and a 3041). Look at : (2 URLs) (...) Hello, You might have better luck using two slope bricks 45 1x2 double inverted (URL) with the pointy sides facing the sides of a slope brick 45 2x4 double (URL) this helps. Michel Magnan (...) Looks (...) (24 years ago, 31-Mar-00, to lugnet.market.buy-sell-trade)
