What would you pay for 4 to 6 of the Technic motor 4.5 volt #1175?
See LUGNET's description of the motor at:
http://www.lugnet.com/pause/search/?query=1175
The motors do not have the wires or battery boxes. LUGNET describes the
likely missing components at:
http://www.lugnet.com/pause/search/?query=6-1
http://www.lugnet.com/pause/search/?query=1154
http://www.lugnet.com/pause/search/?query=1168
The motors currently reside in a jumbled box of the remnants of an old
educational LEGO Technic set in a school classroom. Without the wires and
battery boxes the motors serve no purpose in the classroom. Even with power
the motors would not help much because the classroom has no program to teach
with the LEGO parts. The elementary grade children only use the LEGO parts
during free play without guidance from a teacher. The children need a few
extra parts to make the parts more playable.
You should not consider this inquiry a solicitation yet. If someone
expresses an interest and indicates valuation, then that would let me
prepare a proposal to present to the teacher. Hopefully, the teacher will
let me sell the motors to buy something useful for the LEGO box, eg, grey
connector pegs, rack gears, worm gears, weighted brick, and medium turntables.
