As many of you know, since 1999 I've been designing and producing custom
kits of town buildings and other town-related stuff - everything from small
cars through houses, hospitals, a factory, and a 29" long car ferry, to a
3500-piece apartment block model.
The time has come now for me to stop producing kits, for a variety of
reasons, and I just opened up the very last kit run ever. After this run I
will not be doing any more kits or parts packs at all - although I will
still keep the instructions available. So, if there's something you've been

As you'll see when you look at the kit availability page, everything now
comes with CD instructions. You are most welcome to print out the
instructions from the CD yourself for your own use. What I plan to do is,
instead of including a CD with just the instructions for the model you
order, I'll send you the multi-model CD which includes your model, so you'll
get the other instructions on the CD as a bonus. Those CDs currently sell
for $19.99 on my web site so if you order something small like a car or
truck which is under $19.99, in effect you get a discount on the CD and a
free kit!
I know the large kits are expensive. If you want to work out an instalment
payment deal, email me and we'll talk about it.
I won't be giving up LEGO, and I will still continue to make the
instructions available. I may even create more models and make them
available as instructions only, never as kits. That does give me more
flexibility when I can use parts that are not so easy to get in large
quantities.
