Good news for all you instructions aficionados!
I have just released Instructions CD number 3, with the Car Ferry,
Farmhouse, Barn, Railroad Depot, Tank Engine Train Set, Pickup truck, and a
black, white and yellow version of the Victorian house. Some of you who got
the Free Sample CD last year will have seen the last three, but the others
have up to now only been available with their kits.
Price of the CD#3 is $29.99, and you can find it right on the front page of
my website, below the Barn:

Once I have sold my current kit inventory, prices on most larger kits will
be increasing by 5%. What do I currently have in inventory? I'm glad you
asked! Here's what I have in stock:
Shopping Mall (1 kit) Currently $209 with printed instructions and no
baseplate, new price will be $219
Farmhouse (1 kit) Currently $249 with CD instructions, new price will be
$260 (also available with printed instructions for $20 more).
Barn (1 kit) Currently $225 with CD instructions, no increase (also
available with printed instructions for $20 more).
Cottage (1 kit) Currently US$99 with printed instructions, new price will be
$104
Grey Facade (2 kits) Currently $69 with printed instructions, no increase
Tan Facade (1 kit) Currently $69 with printed instructions, no increase
Red/White Facade (1 kit) Currently $69 with printed instructions, no
increase
Minivan (5 kits) Currently $12 with printed instructions, no increase
Fountain (2 kits) Currently $10 with printed instructions, no increase, but
there will be no more after these two have gone.

If you're planning to buy any of my CDs or kits for Christmas gifts, here's
what you need to know about ordering deadlines.
Special Order kits: Order and pay by Dec 17th (yes, that's This Wednesday)
In-stock kits (see above): Order and pay by Dec 15th
CD's: Order and pay by Dec 18th
Those dates should get your kits or CDs to you in the US or Canada in time
for Christmas. Orders from outside North America will take longer to ship,
so please get them in to me ASAP!
