The 8456 has 4 1x2s, 4 1x4s, 2 1x6s, 2 1x8s, 2 2x3s and 1 2x6.

I've found that the Aquazone:Aquaraiders sets are a good source for green plates, especially the Hydro Reef Wrecker (#2162) -- I think there's 2-4 1x12 (maybe smaller in length) green plates in it and a few 1x2, 2x2, 2x3, 2x4 plates in it.
