Hello Everyone,
I just wanted to let everyone know that I am experiencing unexpected delays
in processing orders at Troy's Surplus LEGO due to having to relocate my
entire store inventory.
Here is what happened:
Over the last two months I have made numerous large purchases of LEGO to be
used as inventory in my store. These purchases have lead to the doubling of
my parts inventory in a short period of time, and unfortunately my storage
system was not able to handle this. I had inventory spread across 4
different rooms in the house, and this made it nearly impossible to locate
anything.
To fix the problem, I made the decision to move the entire inventory into
the basement where it could all be located together. This would then make
it possible to pack orders in a timely manner. I began this project late
last week and had expected to complete it over the weekend. Unfortunately,
this did not happen and I am still working to get the relocation done.
This has caused extended delays for some as I have not been able to pack
orders during this time. I do apologize for this and would like to assure
everyone that I do intend to honor all orders and that I will get them
shipped out as soon as possible. I am hoping to have the relocation
completed and get all pending orders packed over the weekend.
