Brickbay was taken down at the beginning of August and moved to a new web
host. See http://news.lugnet.com/market/buy-sell-trade/?n=12016. Emails
have still been an issue but a fix was in the works.

Here's Dan's post from BB: The E-mail system is working now, however there are still 2 issues: 1) no e-mail will make it to admin@brickbay.com 2) (...)
