Has anyone else had problems with E. John Salathe

I got an order through my Brickbay store on 3/5/2001 from E. John
Salathe (ej2076). We corresponded via email several times, so I know
his email address works, and it hasn't bounced since then. I emailed
him about 2 weeks after he said he'd send payment, and he basically
replied "sorry, I forgot, I'll send it right out". That was several
weeks ago, and I haven't seen it yet. I emailed him last week warning
him I'd have to report him to Brickbay for non-payment, with no reply so
far. I don't really want to do that, but will do so if I don't hear
from him SOON.
Has anyone else had problems with this guy ordering stuff and never
paying?
