At approximately 8:30 am, the server where Bricklink.com lives (along with
thousands of other SQL Server machines around the world) was hit by what
looked like a Denial of Service attack. It was big enough to make CNN.com:
http://www.cnn.com/2003/TECH/internet/01/25/internet.attack/index.html
I am in the process of patching all affected servers to eliminate the
vulnerability. I will post again here when the problem has been
resolved...sorry for any inconvenience.
