36 hours to go on my auction for the second LEGO Cargo Boat in great
condition.  The price is holding just below the reserve price. Well, we all
know how these auctions function in the last 24 hours.  I always worry that
the e-bay system will mess up and I will not be able to bid, but at the same
time I don't want to force the price up by bidding early.  This also raises
another question I just looked at the feedback on the highest bidder and I
am very concerned about his feedback. He has rating of (2). In May he won 3
auctions and did not pay or respond to the seller after the first e-mails,
resulting in (3) negatives.  At what point would you delect a bidder based
on negative rating.   I would like some feedback on the negative rating issue.

And please take a look at my auction.  I intend to post a couple of other
boats over the weekend as well, so keep checking back.
