Bryan,
The only thing this seller is guilty of is perhaps using a description that
is too lean. There's very little detail here to go on, but there is one key
thing that is included. That clue is the picture of the set including its
serial number and the word 'Classic' in big letters, front and center.
Heck, even the LEGO Shop At Home catalog didn't include the words 'classic'
or 'reissue', in their description of the item. :)
Anyone buying this item, based on that picture, and believing that they are
getting an original set.... well, they get what they deserve. Otherwise,
this is just any old item up for auction on eBay.
