I charge based on what _I_ think (using the Canadian postal rates guide and my
hand) how much I am going to pay. Sometimes, I have made more money on the
postage than the sale of the set, sometimes I loose money on the postage.
Because I have had a decent quantity of envelopes, I have not yet had to pay
for more...but that is changing, and I do in a way pay for them.
I would think that $15 is a lot, depending on what the object is. A NIB set is
probably worth $10-15 to post, just based on the size of the silly things. A
handful of parts is NOT worth 15 to post, more like (in my case) down to letter
stamp size ($.75 or so).
