Heh... that is to say (correct me if I'm wrong):
If it was released worldwide, surely a North-American would discover first?
But since a European did, surely it is European-only.
Sorry, just a little bit of sarcasm, not directed toward you (John) but more
toward TLC.
Why are sets that are released "worldwide" always released earlier in N.
America (mostly USA)? Well, we know the on-the-surface answer - TLC just
doesn't have the wide market base formed (yet?).
But again - why is that?..
I hope that this will change in the near future, but I have little hope from
TLC to see this in the next few years. Maybe... I'll be crossing my fingers.
Color me selfish, but I know that in a year I'll be a sitting duck on the
other side of the Atlantic, praying that some Americans'll take pity on me and
send me some sets/auction winnings (like I do now for people "over there"). So
yes, I have my own motives, and no, I'm not the only one. There are a lot of
people out there, TLC - Oz, Italy, and Europe in general are BIG markets. Stop
ignoring that. Do something about it.
