clock to get the site running at full speed. We have made a modification
that allows users to "retry" their transaction when they receive an error
message, and we encourage each user to retry their action immediately after
seeing the error screen. In many cases, after retrying several times, a user
can finish a transaction.
We sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience the slowdown
has caused everyone."
