They are in a set #114 up for auction on eBay (URL). It looks, however, as though there is a bidding war going on between two people, so it may not be a bargain. I have a bunch of the 110-111-112-113-114 series of basic sets from the 1970's. The spoked wheels (as well as all but two of the big head people) did not come with the #114 set.
