I can't help you on shipping but you can dodge the 15 bucks to get a US
funds MO very easily, if you're not in a hurry. Use factoring. Your
compatriot Jasper Janssen can receive your money and through my web of
factors, auction lots can be paid for in many major currencies inclusing
US, UK, Ozzie, Kiwi, German, Italian, Norwegian and Japanese ...
