The book is available at the LIC Orlando for $20. They ship in the US
($7.00 for the first $100 I think).

| I knew about the book from 1987, which is being auctioned on eBay (URL) didn't realize there was an updated book out, also being auctioned on eBay (URL) says they will search for a used copy of the 1987 book, but I don't see the 1999 book at Amazon.
