*** Description of the individual sets
* 1029 "TINE Melkebil"/"Milk Delivery Lorry"
This is a promotional set, made specially made for TINE, a Norwegian

TINE homepage at
http://www.tine.no/trafikk/
I have four sets which will be sold to the four highest bids,
respectively. Note that one person may submit more than one vote,
and the votes can be the same or they can be different. See the
rules below.
The boxes are all unopened and in very good condition.

This is the original 9V level crossing from 1991. The set comes new
in an unopened box. All seals are intact. The box exhibits shelf
wear, but is otherwise not damaged in any way.

*** Auction rules
1.All bids should be sent via e-mail to Fredrik Glöckner
(fredrik.glockner@bio.uio.no).
2.Bid progression will be going1, going2, sold at a 48 hour
increment if no bids are received, with the exception of
weekends. Bids are accepted immediately, but the first progression
of the status will be May 20th, 1999. Updates will be posted to
RTL and lugnet.market.auction approximately every 3 days, and
bidders will also get updates via email (so if you bid, make sure
I have a good email address for you.)
3.One bidder may very well submit multiple bids. If one bidder has
more than one bid on the 1029 "Milk Delivery Lorry", say, and more
than one of these are among the four highest, he wins multiple
sets.
4.All bids must be in US$.
5.Bid in at least $2 increments.
6.I reserve the right to add and/or amend the auction rules.
7.Shipping will be from Oslo, Norway, and the winner pays for
shipping. See the Shipping and handling section below for more
information.
8.Payment
If the winner chooses to, and lives in the US, the winner the pays
winning bid, the shipment cost and a 1 dollar money transaction
fee to Larry Pieniazek. When the money arrives, Larry contacts me
and the winner, and I ship the item directly to the winner once
the check has cleared, if a personal check was used, or
immediately if cash or a MO was sent.
If the winner lives in the UK, Australia, Germany, New Zealand, or
Netherlands, arrangements for payment via Larry can also be made,
contact Larry for more details.
Alternatively, payment arrangements with me can be made directly,
but this may be significantly more costly and I don't advise it.
To sum it up, the winner pays the sum of these costs:
o The winning bid
o Shipment cost (see below for more information)
o Transaction fee to Larry Pieniazek ($1.00)
o Any fees associated with making the money payable to Larry
Pieniazek
If you want to contact Larry Pieniazek, you can mail him at
lpien@ctp.com. Alternatively, you can look at his homepage:
http://my.voyager.net/lar/
*** Shipping and handling
The winner pays for shipping and handling, and this price is added to
the winning bid.
These are the costs for the shipment of one set only. If you win more
than one set, prices will probably be different. Contact me for more
information.
* 1029 "TINE Melkebil"/"Milk Delivery Lorry"
The shipping and handling charge is US$6 for US residents. This does
not include insurance. If you want the package to be sent with
insurance, please contact me. I can not take any responsibility for
uninsured packages.
For insurance, add US$4 to the shipment price.
Residents of other countries, please ask me.
* 4539 "Level Crossing"
The shipping and handling charge is US$16 for US residents. Other
residents, please ask me.
