Who am I: My name is David Foglesong and I live in Alexandria, VA. I am 30 years old, have a modest Lego collection that includes several sets I have purchased from some of y'all, but none of which I am willing to sell back :). I've bought and sold on RTL for about six months now.

1- I don't need your complete information (name, address, phone, etc.) to accept a bid; however, anyone who doesn't follow through with payment on a winning bid will have their name published on RTL repeatedly. THIS MEANS YOU SEGUNDA.

3- Bidding increments of $0.50 (no one cent bids)!
4- Updates will be posted to RTL every day until 4 Nov 98. Personal updates are available upon request. After 4 Nov 98, updates will be posted as necessary.
5- Once, twice, sold format. You only get a couple of chances to get an item once it moves to these stages.
6- Bids will start advancing on 2 Nov 98. They will advance with every update.
7- NO TRADES. No item will be pulled out from under a bidder for trade.
8- NO END TIME. This auction goes until either all lots are sold or I get tired of posting. No one will outbid you "at the last minute" here.
9- GUARANTEED. Items are sold according to their descriptions. If the item doesn't match the description (set not complete, wrong instructions, etc.) I will refund your money for the returned article or attempt to correct the deficiency.
10- Payment must be in U.S. dollars in the form of money order or personal check (will require a 5 day "clearing period"). Buyer must include postage of $0.50 for the first minifig, and $0.25 for every additional minifig with payment. No item will be sent until payment is received.
