Hey John,
Thanks for the comments! I had fun making the Easter items. I think I will be
doing holiday themed models on my ebay store from here on out. I was going to do
a bunch for Christmas but got so busy I was only able to get a Nutcracker done.
But keep checking for 4th of July, Halloween, and others. I will keep posting to
lugnet.auction so everybody can check them out.
I had a good time with the guitar. Turned out pretty well, I thinks. I was able
to get most of the details pretty good.
The Saxophone almost killed me. I went to the local music store to take some
pics (and, yeah both the guitar and sax were commisions) and was blown away by
how complicated a saxophone really is. I had never seen one up close, so it was
a bit a of shock to see what I was going to have to try and recreate. I got the
basic shape built relativly quickly, but all the levers and such took a bit
longer. A LOT longer. But overall, I was really pleased with it. Definitely one
of the most complicated models I have done.
You can see better pics of the guitar and Saxophone on my brickshelf folder:

Guitar is up, I just uploaded the sax, so it might not be available right away.
Thanks!
Bill
