Appraisal required for 50 Years of Play Book

I was fortunate enough to be given a tour of the Lego Head Office in
Johannesburg, South Africa in the mid 80's and was given a copy of the
anniversary book "50 Years of Play". Whilst I have no intention of selling
it, I was wondering whether anyone has any idea's of the market value of
this book. It is in Mint condition, and is still in it's protective
cardboard sleeve.
I also have a selection of old instruction booklets and catalogues dating
from the early 70's which although not mint are in a good condition
considering their age.
Any help or idea's on the matter are most appreciated
