Hi all:
Stopped by the West End TRU over lunch today. They have most of the 1999
sets (but not Ninja, other than the minifig pack). They also have a small
display of 1999 sets in the front of the store (mainly Adventurers). They
had ONE Silver Anniversary regular bucket left (full price - $19.99).
Almost everything was at full price. They still had 4-5 of the big Time
Cruisers set (Mystic Mountain Time Lab - #6494) left at $50.00. They would
have to be marked down to at least $25 before I would consider bying one
(for some of the parts only). They also had Night Lord's Castle #6097
marked down to $69.99 from $79.99. Hopefully it will come down another
$15-20 (a la Target's clearence at $47.99). At $49.99, it would be a
great deal for Castle afficianados (just over 8 cents per piece). Even at
$59.99, that is still only 10 cents per piece. I'll try to keep you posted
on any changes.
