As you have probably already seen from other posts today, Target has placed
many sets on sale for around 40% off. Here are some example sets I picked up
tonight and their sale prices. The big catch here is that I am in Dallas for
the moment. I am confident that the Target's in Utah are offering the same
deals. Because I am in Texas, I will cross post this to the DFW group. I
would be happy to trade these sets if someone is interested.
Rock Raiders HQ $47.90 I also saw the large space, and adventurer sets on
sale.
Mos Espa Pod Race $51.90 Gungan Sub and Sith Infiltrator were also on sale.
Lego Advent Calendars $11.90
Mindstorms Extreme Creatures $29.90
Technic Copter 8444 $17.90
Classic table and bricks set 1194 $11.90
I paid full price for:
8520 Millenia Throwbot
8000 Pit Droid
7124 Flash Speeder
In addition to these sale purchases I saw lots of new castle (very nice) and
Arctic sets. I have even seen an arctic value pack at Target. Another
interesting note is the Rock Raiders minifig set is now available at Target
stores for $5.99.
At K-Mart in Plano, Texas, I was able to pick up an A-wing fighter at 20% off.
Toys R Us in Plano, Texas, had the B-Wing, Battle Droid and some new town
stuff.
Target stores in Garland and Plano both had the Gungan Patrol.
Still no sight of a Destroyer Droid or Trade Federation AAT or MTT.
