MindFest II, a festival of playful invention and exploration, will be happening
on Saturday, September 14th, at the Fort Worth Museum of Science and History.
Mindfest comes to Fort Worth through The Playful Invention and Exploration (PIE)
Museum Network that aims to engage the general public in science inquiry through
creative uses of digital technologies. PIE museums are developing new activities
and programs based on technologies and educational research from the MIT Media
Laboratory. Crickets, the forerunner of the LEGO RCX MindStorm and developed by
the MIT Media Lab, will be used and encountered by MindFest participants in a
variety of playful and unique programs. Come experience technology and
tinkering like never before.
Admission to MindFest II is $2.02 for a whole day of invention and exploration!
9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturday 14th September
