There sure are, look in chapter seven (7.2.7: Medix). At the bottom of the
Medix section is a paragraph about SickBays. For ten points, you can build a
SickBay of any size into a building, even the size of the whole building.
Build a couple of ambulances and a triage area, staff it with a bunch of
civilian Medix, and you've got a right fine hospital.
