Don't know if this is national or not. The KB Toys outlet store in the outlet mall in Durham near the airport has 25% of all Lego. This is 25% off the already reduced prices! It may well be national--the KB Outlet in Wrentham Massachusetts (Rte 1A and 495) had the same deal when I was there this past Saturday.
