Greetings! Just a little hello from a fellow Michigander. Yes, Dan Jassim is a
Michigan native, born and raised in Kalamazoo. Ahhh, the memory of many a
clearance sale at the Meijer on Westedge! Ahhh, the cherished memeory of a snow
day, spending it at home with a steamy mug of hot cocoa and the LEGO sprawled
across the carpet.
Ewwww, the misery of getting up on a bone freezing minus 30 degrees (with the
windchill) morning at 5:30 a.m., taking a shower (if the pipes weren't frozen),
getting bundled up to go warm up the car, freezing my tail off while I chiseled
off the ice and shoveled the drive, and going to my 8:00 a.m. class only to
find it cancelled because the prof had car trouble. Ewwww, the misery of
"lake-effect" snow. Ewwww, a 15 car pile-up on I-94 during an ice
storm/blizzard.
Yep, I went to college at Western Michigan University (go Broncos) and I moved
out here to LA two years ago. Darn shame I never looked you guys up, it
would've been fun. :)
