Adam -- I find it hard to believe that the Kingston MA TRU store had run out, because I was there the same day, June 30th 1999, and they had 9 sets (8 after I left the store 8-) The price was about $138 ($129.99 plus tax). Well, I was only visiting Baltimore, I'm actually living up in Boston (I found your message b/c it mentioned the Contruction Site). I tried to get a shuttle from the Kingston, MA TRU, but they were gone. But since I grew up about a mile from the TRU (...) (27 years ago, 30-Jun-99, to lugnet.loc.us.md.bal)

Just returned from a weekend trip home to MA. Made the trek up to the Construction Site in Waltham. This place has the best selection of Lego of any retailer (on-line or otherwise) that I've seen.
