(...) IIRC, Suzanne's office was righty inside the cube...maybe she wasn't there. I was discouraged that all the bins of parts were covered up at MindFest. I wanted to try building some of my virtual-only models, but couldn't with the heaps of parts (...) (25 years ago, 24-Mar-00, to lugnet.general, lugnet.loc.us.ma.bos)

(...) Yeah, I understood what you meant - I just didn't notice. I don't consider "damned" to be considered bad in the right context - but when repeated, it seems harsher and less nice (IMO). I wouldn't have said it that anyway if I had noticed that (...) (25 years ago, 24-Mar-00, to lugnet.general, lugnet.loc.us.ma.bos)

(...) I meant as far as the use of the word "damned", it's not a really nice word to be using, ya know? It could be considered bad launguage by some around here. ~Nathan. (25 years ago, 24-Mar-00, to lugnet.general, lugnet.loc.us.ma.bos)

(...) Oh, OK. I didn't perceive it as such, but I see your point. Sorry, I was just reiterating my experience. (...) OK, I see that too. (...) Yep! (...) Just show up and walk in. If you're ever in Boston, drop me a note and I'll show you where it is. I just now realized, after 8 months of passing within 50 meters of the building every week, that it was the media lab... <bangs head (...) Drat! I'll probably never get to go there, but just in case, is it open to the public? If I happen to be in Boston, can you just show up and go in, or do you have to have to know someone????
