Gang,
I posted to lugnet.starwars, without realizing this group even existed, but I
wanted to let you folks now up in Denver, that I managed to find the two of
the Star Wars sets (X-Wing and Snowspeeder) in Colorado Springs Wal Marts.
However, due to spending protocol with the wife ;-), I was only able to buy
the Snowspeeder "on the spot." That might have been a mistake, because I
checked today with intentions of buying the X-Wing and they were all gone :-(
So, if you see them, grab 'em as soon as they start to appear on the shelves.
I have a feeling if the Wal Marts up in Denver didn't stock them on the
shelves yet, try first thing tomorrow morning. They may stock the shelves
tonight.
And, here's where I found them in Colorado Springs: the Platte Ave. store and
the store off Hwy 83 and Academy Blvd. -- a bit closer to Denver, but unless
they restock tonight, you won't find anything :-(
