These were regularly available new for less than that from a couple of online companies (KBkids, ToySmart) as well as at Targets after Christmas. In fact, there are even some (...) I got a copy of 4561 with the speed controller at the salvation army for 50% off. it was open but contained all of the pieces, including a speed regulator (which is almost worth as much as what i paid for it). the set had target stickers all (...)
