Since lugnet.loc.us.ca.sf is the root of Bay Area tree of newsgroups, just like lugnet.loc.us is the root of the Unites States tree of newsgroups, that seems like the most logical (...) (26 years ago, 2-Nov-98, to lugnet.loc.us.ca.sf)
