  MacFrugals

Mark and Tom talk about 8213 and 6589... Hey you guys, how about telling us what sets those are. Or let me know where I can look up those numbers. I'm more of a visual guy than a number guy ;-) And I don't have a list with either of those numbers on (...) (25 years ago, 14-Jul-99, to lugnet.loc.us.ca.sf)

Re: 8213's at MacFrugals for $6, good deal or not?

(...) It sorta seems okay. Pause puts both sets' MSRP at $9.99 each. Beats paying full retail, and if you want more than one, and they have them, it might be worth not waiting since 8213 is green! :-) I don't if I'd get the 6589 just yet, unless (...)   8213's at MacFrugals for $6, good deal or not?

Any Comments on the Subject? They also have 6589 Radical Racers for $7. Mark Bounced last time. (25 years ago, 14-Jul-99, to lugnet.market.shopping, lugnet.general, lugnet.loc.us.ca.sf)

I am unavailable on the 14th. I'll be in Martinez the whole day, so I vote for the 7th. But I guess whoever starts these things should just decide and the heck with everybody else. It's the only way to do it. Otherwise you're gonna get people like (...) (25 years ago, 12-Jul-99, to lugnet.loc.us.ca.sf)

  Re: California Lego Train Club

Well, if there are two train clubs, more the better for me. Besides, imagine the statewide meetings (maybe once a year?)... They would be HUGE! As I am so far from North or South, I probably wouldn't be able to bring tables, though. Just Lego. Mike (...)   Re: California Lego Train Club

(...) For what it's worth, I can see California having 2 train clubs: 1. Heck, the state's big enough. 2. BAYLUG is already catching hold to anchor the north half. SD and LA should be able to support a group. 3. Reduced driving times means a greater (...)   Re: newsletter

(...) Well, I was hoping to have it ready for the next meeting, but seeing that I may not be there because of date preference, I would say in time for the November meeting. Russell Clark (URL) 39423705 (25 years ago, 10-Jul-99, to lugnet.loc.us.ca.sf)

Re: Next BayLUG Get-Together in August 1999

(...) I hate to reply to myself, however I haven't been thinking straight these last two weeks. I will NOT be able to make the meeting if it is on the 14th. I already have plans to be in San Diego the 13-16. Russell Clark (25 years ago, 9-Jul-99, to lugnet.loc.us.ca.sf)
