I'm not an expert on LEGO shopping in London but as in any UK city there is
Argos - the catalogue retailer - look at argos.co.uk, Woolworths & Tesco. There
are less & less Toyshops now. John Lewis, a big department store is good.
Hamleys is world famous, is good to visit but is very expensive. If possible try
to visit LegoLand Windsor.
