The Great Western LEGO Train Club (GWLTC) is displaying a 15m (59ft) long train
layout in the STEAM Museum of the Great Western Railway in Swindon all this
weekend (7-8 October 2006).
http://www.steam-museum.org.uk/
The display will be in the great hall beside the museum's preserved Castle Class
steam locomotive, the 'Caerphilly Castle'. A model of the train itself will be
on display.
The layout features a range of trains from the very first to the very latest,
and scenery taking in a farm, lake, working windmill, town centre, underground
station, mainline station, seafront and the Uffington White Horse.
Please come along, support the museum, see the display and then you can shop in
the adjoining designer outlets*.
