Hello Jon,
Southport will take place on Saturday 20th September 2003.
The location of the Hall is on the corner of Ash Street and Scarisbrick New
Road, Southport.
The hall will be open from 6pm to 10pm on Friday 19th for setting up
displays.
Refreshment will be available on a self help basis. Tea/coffee rolls
and soft drinks. Pyment for this is at cost. A donation towards the use
of the hall is to be made to the church.
The public will be addmitted from 10.30am to 4pm on Saturday only.
Names of those intending to display/attend to be sent to Ted Crennell via
catabatic2001@hotmail.com
The fest is being advertised on local Radio in Southport and in Liverpool
and in the local press.
Could all of this be advertised on the Brickish and NBLTC web sites.
Possibly Lugnet as well.
There have been over 200 letters sent inviting previous vistors to the fest.
Regards
Ted.
