Whatever the story, today was my TM's last day, and my FOTW.
Hogwart's Express, which they'd had on display - just the train and
carriage, no instructions or platform - they accepted my 10UKP offer.
And then subsequently discounted that by 33% (as per everything in the
store). So, Engine and Carriage for 6.66UKP - not too bad.
Turns out it was missing a wheel - no matter, the car wheels it had
have all been replaced with proper train wheels and bogeys, and a motor
added, so it's now been running around my train layout. Need to order
some more train wheels and bogey plates I think.
