Ah, yes.
Apologies for the lack of public activity. We launched the club slightly
earlier than we'd have liked, to coincide with the RLD. Unfortunately, or
fortunately, depending on how you look at it, several of the committee
members (including yours truely) are involved in the GWLTS at the Steam
museum in Swindon, and most spare moments have been spent building scenery
or baseboards.
There have, however, been things going on, including a lot of hard work by
Huw on the website. All will be revealed soon. I'm also looking for material
to put in a newsletter. So if anyone feels a journalistic urge coming upon
them, get it written down and send it to me. Until I can get a proper
editor, that is :-) We're also planning some competitions, to keep your
creative juices flowing over the winter months.
So please bear with us.

ps. I haven't seen the membership list, but I'm assured that there are a lot
of 'new' names on it, which is very heartening. I know that there are still
some of the old faithfuls who haven't sent in a form yet. Please do. We want
to build a great community, and the more is most definitely the merrier
