This weeks Autocar (Wed 9th) has the form for this years young car designer
competition. If you haven't seen this before, you have to design a 3d model
of a car using whatever materials you like.
The good bit is if you send off for an application form Lego send you a
chassis from one of the new Racers kits complete with pull-back motor and 4
tyres as the base for building on.
